How to Shop online?                                  

  1. Add multiple preferred items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Create or sign in to your account. Please enter your detailed shipping and billing address and pin your approximate location on our Google map.
  2. You will receive the confirmation order of the items you’ve chosen in your email.
  3. Our sales representative will call you within a day to confirm your billing information and your delivery location.
  4. Come and view your products at one of our showrooms (Lazimpat or Jawalakhel) and complete your payment.
  5. The products will then be delivered to your delivery location at your preferred time. Our delivery team will also install the products.


Can I place a bulk order?

Depending on the nature of your requirement, you can purchase items in bulk from. Please fill out the bulk order form at the bottom of the page and include as much detail as possible so we can cater to your needs. Our sales representative will call you to get details and to proceed further. 


How are bulk orders fulfilled?

Once you confirm an order with our sales representatives, we will provide you the timeline for delivery. If we have stock available in our warehouse, we can arrange for delivery anytime. However, if we do not have enough stock, we will place an order with Index Thailand. Our usual delivery time is 2 months, but if Index Thailand also does not have stock, the delivery period might be longer.

Can I customize an item?

We can customize products only on bulk orders (50 pcs and above). For the customization process, please visit our projects section.


I can’t find items I need. Do you have more variety of products I can order?

We have a wide range of items spanning multiple categories. However, we import only about 30% of the items that are available with Index Living Mall in Thailand. If you can’t find an item that you like at our website, you can visit www.indexlivingmall.com and send us an inquiry for that particular product. We will send you a quotation and if you would like to purchase it, we will order that item for you. The delivery time is usually 2 months from the time you place an order. However, in certain circumstances, it might take longer.


Does Index also do turnkey and commercial projects like hotels, restaurants etc.? What is the process?

Yes. Index Living Mall is one of the largest supplier of commercial projects in Thailand and around South East Asia. For project reference, please visit this link.

If you like a specific product from our retail showroom, we can provide information to you on the specifications of the product to gauge its suitability for commercial use. If suitable, we can go ahead and place an order for you.

However, in most cases, you will have your own specifications and designs. Once you provide it to us, we will design the products as per these specifications and provide you the quotation. We will also do a mock-up of the furniture as per the actual dimensions of the room size.


When can I visit the Index Furniture showrooms? What are the timings?

We are open all 7 days of the week from 10 AM to 7 PM. Please this link for a list of holidays.


I am buying this product as a gift. Can it be gift-wrapped?

Sorry. Currently, we do not offer gift-wrapping.


Do you deliver to my city and location?

We deliver to all major cities in Nepal. However, if you do not live in a major city, please call our showroom to check for more details.


What is the cost of delivery and installation?

For purchases above Rs. 25,000, we offer free delivery and installation inside the Kathmandu Valley. For purchases below this amount, we charge Rs. 500 per delivery.


What about the cost of delivery outside Kathmandu Valley?

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Please check for all damages when the product is delivered to you. If there are any damages, please inform the delivery team before you sign the delivery receipt. Once your sign our delivery receipt indicating that there are no damages, we will not be responsible for any damages during delivery. Our warranty policy will still cover products for manufacturing defects. Please clink on the link for our warranty policy.


What if I receive a damaged product?

If there are any damages, we will replace the product for you. If we do not have a replacement, you can select another product or elect to get a refund.


Can I cancel the order?

We take great pride in the designs and quality of our products. In the rare case that you do not like our products, or are unable to make space for it, you may cancel the order only in the following cases and in the following manner.

1. Cancellation prior to delivery - You can cancel your order for any product at any time prior to its delivery by calling us or logging into your account and selecting the 'Request cancellation' option. For cancellations made before a delivery attempt, which is defined as a visit to your delivery address, any advance paid will be refunded.

2. Cancellation at the time of delivery - In case you are unhappy with a product, you may can return the same on the spot, at the time of delivery. However, you will be charged a fee of 20% as per our delivery fee. In order to avoid this fee, please visit our showroom, see the product firsthand and make sure that the dimension of the products are suitable for your space.
